Bethany Beach Voters Approve Long-term Loan Referendum

Residents in Bethany Beach have overwhelmingly approved a referendum for a long-term loan. The vote was 390 for and 14 against. The loan, for $3.98-million from the Delaware Division of Public Health to build new clarifier units at the Town’s water treatment facility.
