A traffic stop near Cheswold led to the arrest of a Baltimore man on drug charges.  Delaware State Police spotted a car on Route 13 with tinted front windows – but no waiver for the tint.  The vehicle was stopped and Troopers found the driver, 31 year old Shawn Wright, did not have a valid driver’s license.  A female and two children were also in the car.  A search turned up multiple bags of marijuana within reach of the children.  Wright is charged with drug and other offenses and is free on bond and ordered to have no contact with the children.
