Bethany Officials Looking to Ease Mask Ordinance & Set Date for Fireworks

The Bethany Beach Town Council will meet on Friday, May 21st at 2pm. Included in the agenda is a discussion, consideration and possible vote to repeal the mask ordinance on the boardwalk, boardwalk plaza and anywhere in the downtown commercial area that was passed July 1st of 2020.
They will also discuss proceeding with the town’s fireworks display on the evening of July 5th. The council is still meeting virtually and can be viewed through the town’s website or YouTube page. Click here for the May 21st Bethany Beach Council Agenda.
