UPDATED – 5pm – The northbound lanes of Route 113 have been reopened to traffic.

==============================

Part of Route 113 remains closed after a serious crash just before 10:30 in the northbound lanes at Governor Stockley Road.  Delaware State Police say a 21 year old Georgetown man driving a Nissan failed to yield the right of way as he crossed Route 113 and a box truck driven by a 51 year old Maryland man struck the Nissan and went into a utility pole.
