Dover Man Arrested for Early Morning Burglary

A Dover man has been arrested for a burglary early Thursday morning at Driftwood Spirits on South Bradford Street. Dover Police were called to the business for a burglar alarm just before 3am. They found the front glass door shattered and that several products were taken before the suspects left the scene. Investigation led police to identify 36 year old Robert Young of Dover as a suspect – he was arrested without incident on Thursday. Young Is charged with the following offenses:
- Wearing a Disguise During the Commission of a Felony
- Burglary 3rd Degree
- Possession of Burglar’s Tools
- Theft Over $1,500
- Conspiracy Second Degree
- Criminal Mischief Less than $5,000
Young was committed to SCI on $11,000 secured bail.
