Dover Man Arrested on Drug Charges after Administrative Search

Dover Police assisted Delaware Probation and Parole with an administrative search at home on Roosevelt Avenue on Wednesday.  During the search police seized 96 bags of heroin over 2 grams of synthetic marijuana, over 1 gram of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and $330 in drug proceeds.  Police arrested 19 year old Darius Jean-Baptiste on a variety of drug offenses.
