Dover PD Investigating Shots Fired at a Willis Road Apartment

Dover Police are investigating a shooting incident that damaged an occupied apartment on Willis Road early Friday morning. Police were called for shots fired just after 12:30am, but at the time no damage was seen and no information of offered by anyone in the area.

Just after 9am a resident contacted police and advised there was damage to their apartment. Police located a window that had been shot – the round traveled into a wall in the kitchen. There were no injuries, but the apartment was occupied by one person.
