Georgetown Man Arrested after Rehoboth Domestic Incident

A domestic incident at a home in Rehoboth Beach led to the arrest of 27 year old Jerron Ricketts of Georgetown. Delaware State Police say the victim and her boyfriend had been arguing all day when he threatened her with a large knife and began damaging items in the residence.  They left to pick up the victim’s three children at daycare – another argument began and Ricketts go out of the vehicle damaging the side door handle.  The victim called police when they arrived at the residence – Ricketts left – but was arrested at a neighbor’s home.  Police learned there was a no unlawful contact order against Ricketts as well – the victims were not injured.  He faces multiple charges including possession of a deadly weapon and aggravated menacing.  He’s being held at SCI in default of a cash only bond.
