Greenwood Man Arrested for Felony Shoplifting

Delaware State Police have arrested a 52-year-old Greenwood man for a felony shoplifting that occurred at the Lewes Home Depot on Monday morning. On November 13th at just after 10:00 a.m., troopers responded to Home Depot at Coastal Highway, Lewes, for the shoplifting report. When they arrived, they learned that a person later identified as Michael Stulir had shoplifted items valued over $1,500 and then fled the store in a red two-tone pick-up truck.  A trooper patrolling on Coastal Highway in the area of Westcoats Road, observed a man driving a red two-tone truck that matched the description given to them. The trooper conducted a traffic stop, and Stulir was arrested and charged, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Court 2, and released on his own recognizance.
