Police in Georgetown have arrested a man in connection with an attempted sexual assault last October on Albury Avenue.  Police say a 19 year old woman was asleep when an unknown man entered her bedroom, got into bed with her and held his hand over her mouth.  The victim was able to free herself and began to scream and the suspect left the home.  The suspect was identified as Lewis Brittingham who is homeless.  Earlier this week Newark Police were called for an unknown man on someone’s balcony and found Brittingham and arrested him.  He’s been charged for attempted 2nd degree rape and burglary.
