MD State Fire Marshal Investigating Fire in Vacant Hebron Home

Hebron firefighters were called to a home on Chestnut Street for a structure fire just before 4am on Monday. Crews arriving at the scene found fire in a vacant three-story home. Firefighters from several neighboring companies provided assistance or backup.  Investigation by the State Fire Marshal shows the fire began inside the home and is believed to be incendiary.

Damage is estimated at $40,000.
