Milford Man Arrested on Drug Charges

A Milford man has been arrested by Harrington Police on drug charges.  Police responded to an illegal dumping complaint at the Midway Shopping Center where 23 year old Brian Holben and three others were dumping items into a dumpster.  Police say none of them could provide identification and they were detained.  A K-9 scan alerted to drugs in their vehicle and police located marijuana, over 10 grams of methamphetamine, several Xanax pills and drug paraphernalia.  Investigation showed the drugs belonged to Holben.  He is charged with a variety of drug and traffic offenses.  He is free on his own recognizance.  The other three were not charged.
