UPDATED: Second Man Charged in September Incident Near Seaford

UPDATED – 10-26-18  2pm –  A second man has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident at the Woodshed Bar on Bridgeville Highway on September 21st.  Delaware State Police say someone fired shots into an occupied vehicle the parking lot.  Further investigation led police to 23 year old Arslan Chaudhary of Seaford who allegedly pointed a gun at a 36 year old man and demanded money – left with the cash but returned and fired shots into the air.  Chaudhary turned himself in to police – he is charged with 1st degree robbery and other offenses.  He’s being held at SCI in default of over $100,000 secured bond.   Last week a Milton man was arrested in connection with the same incident.

A Milton man has been charged in connection with a reckless endangering incident that occurred on Friday, September 21st at the Woodshed Bar near Seaford.  Delaware State Police say an argument in the parking lot led to several rounds being fired into an occupied vehicle.  Police late identified the suspect as 36 year old Jose Cabrera-Malpica of Milton.  He turned himself in to police last week and is charged with weapons and other offenses. He’s free on an unsecured bond.
