UPDATED – 10-26-18  2pm –  A second man has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident at the Woodshed Bar on Bridgeville Highway on September 21st.  Delaware State Police say someone fired shots into an occupied vehicle the parking lot.  Further investigation led police to 23 year old Arslan Chaudhary of Seaford who allegedly…
