Prison time for a Seaford man.  Officials in the AG’s office secured a plea deal and sentence for 42 year old Russell Hurst.  Governor’s Task Force members were tipped that Hurst planned to make a heroin deal at the Walmart in Seaford.  Officers watched him in the parking lot and arrested Hurst as he came out of the store talking on his cell phone.  Police found 130 bags of heroin during the arrest.  Hurst was sentenced to 3.5 years in prison, 6 months of work release and 18 months of GPS monitored probation.
