A Georgetown man has been cited for illegal dumping on a public roadway. The DNREC Police Environmental Crimes Unit arrested 58 year old Serapio Zapata last week after an investigation. Zapata was issued an e-ticket with a fine of $637 for causing or contributing to the discharge of solid waste materials.
