Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 07/25/26

That nice refreshing breeze we had off the ocean on Friday kept everyone from fishing ocean structure. Delaware Bay did provide plenty of croaker.

Dan at Dan’s Tackle told us Broadkill Beach saw good fishing for spot and croaker with bloodworms and Fishbites the top baits. The Broadkill River provided a few keeper flounder on minnows or green bucktails with Gulp! crawfish.

Lewes Harbour Marina said the Angler fished Delaware Bay structure and caught croaker. A few keeper flounder were caught out of the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal.

Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park reported spot and croaker for pier fishermen with some kings for surf fishermen.

Old Inlet Bait and Tackle said the blues that show up under the bridge each morning run from 18 to 28 inches.
