WGMD Throwback Thursday Picture of the Day. This picture is from the August 2008 Oil Petition Rally on the Circle in Georgetown – Dan Kramer of Greenwood. Dan came out to sign the petitions (over a 2 week period over 1700 signatures were gathered) demanding Congress approve domestic oil & gas drilling and exploration. WGMD host Bill Colley later took those petitions to Washington, DC – by bicycle and handed to Congressman Mike Castle’s Legislative Aide, Olivia Kurtz.
