Dover Police Arrest One of Two in Burglary Suspects at Isabelle Isle

Dover Police have arrested a 25-year-old Dover man on burglary charges, following an incident Monday afternoon. The victim told police that two strangers were unlawfully entering their apartment on Isabelle Isle. Dover Police arrived on the scene and found two individuals in the complex’s stairwell; however, when confronted by the Police, they ran back to the victim’s apartment. Perimeter officers saw one of the suspects jumping off a second-floor balcony and trying to run away. Gabriel Santiago was taken into custody. The second person was not located. Santiago was transported to the Dover Police Department, where he was processed and arraigned. He is at SCI on $9,900 secured bail on several charges.
