Seaford Voters Will Elect 1 to the City Council in April

Voters in Seaford will elect one person to the City Council in April. Incumbent councilman Orlando Holland is challenged by Jose Santos for a three-year term. The Seaford election will take place an Saturday, April 19 from 7am to 3pm at City Hall.
