Senator Lawson Announces Retirement, Will Not Seek Re-Election

Republican Senator Dave Lawson, today announced that he will not seek re-election in 2026 and will retire from the Delaware General Assembly at the end of his current term. In a statement, Lawson thanked his constituents and colleagues for their support, reflecting on a lifetime of public service.
