UPDATE 7/9/25: The Delaware State Police have identified 22-year-old聽Veronika McCoy聽from Berlin, Maryland, and 77-year-old聽Douglas Bachtell from Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, as the two people who died in the two-vehicle crash yesterday near Selbyville.
