44 dogs have been safely evacuated to southern Delaware from the path of Hurricane Laura in the Gulf. The Brandywine Valley SPCA says a Wings of Rescue mission brought the dogs from shelters in several Louisiana parishes. The flight arrived Tuesday at Delaware Coastal Airport in Georgetown.
