Two Arrested for Drugs after Traffic Stop Near Seaford

A traffic stop near Seaford led to the arrest of two people on drug charges.  Delaware State Police spotted drug paraphernalia in plain view in the front seat area.  A search of 31 year old Jessica Hudson of Seaford turned up 83 bags of heroin and $1000 in cash in her pants after she and the driver, 32 year old Randy Delano of Bridgeville told police neither was in possession of illegal drugs.  Hudson is charged with drug offenses and tampering with physical evidence and is being held in default of a $3200 cash bail.  Delano is charged with drug and other offenses and is free on an unsecured bail.
