A crash involving five vehicles near Dover yesterday evening has left one person dead.  Delaware State Police continue to investigate but say the driver of a Silverado was southbound on Route 13.  A UPS truck and Ford Flex were slowing for heavy traffic near Walnut Shade Road and a pickup and Buick were stopped in front of them.  The driver of the Silverado, a 29 year old man from Magnolia, struck the Flex from behind which caused a chain reaction crash with the other vehicles.  Police say the driver of the Flex, 44 year old Catina Isaacs of Kenton was pronounced dead at the scene.  They add neither Isaacs nor the driver of the Silverado were wearing seat belts.  The drivers of the Silverado and the UPS truck were treated for non-life threatening injuries.
