FRIDAY, MAY 23

Fenwick Island – 5:30pm – Memorial Day Ceremony at Fenwick Island Town Park (800 Coastal Hwy) – Remember and Honor. Special guest speaker & music from Phillip C. Showell Elementary School band

SUNDAY, MAY 25

Millsboro – 10am – Millsboro Veterans Cemetery – A Day of Honor and Remembrance. Rain or shine – welcome to bring chairs. Organized by William T. Spooner Post 17 American Legion Family in Lewes

Ocean City – 1pm – Memorial Day Ceremony at the Firefighters Memorial at North Division & the Boardwalk. Comments from Mayor Meehan & Adjutant General of the MD National Guard, Major General Janeen Birckhead. There will also be a flyover of A-10 aircraft, performance by the 229th MD Army National Guard Band and a vehicle display on-site. And a wreath-laying for each branch of the US military honoring those who gave their lives in defense of our nation.

Georgetown – 1:30pm – Memorial Day Service on The Circle. Brigadier General Karen Berry, US Army National Guard, Retired will deliver the keynote address.

MONDAY, MAY 26

Salisbury – 10am – Memorial Day Ceremony at the Wicomico War Veterans’ Memorial at the Wicomico Civic Center. (Midway Room if bad weather).

Felton – 10am – Memorial Day Ceremony with the Adams-Simpler-Ware VFW Post 6009 at the Odd Fellows Park in Felton

Milford – 10:30am – Memorial Day Ceremony at Milford Senior High School. Everyone is invited to pay tribute to our fallen heroes and honor their memory.

Rehoboth Beach – 11am – Annual Memorial Day Ceremony at the Bandstand with Henlopen American Legion Post 5 to honor the brave men and women who have served our country

Lewes – 11am – Veterans Tribute Parade from Presbyterian Church parking lot on Kings Hwy to Savannah Road to the American Legion Post 17 on American Legion Road

Long Neck – 11am – Sussex AMVETS Post 2 will hold a Memorial Day Ceremony at 11am. Remember and Honor – lunch will be served after the ceremony. All are welcome

Seaford – 11am – Memorial Day Ceremony at Kiwanis Park

Berlin – 11am – Memorial Day Parade on Flower Street with food, music, games and vendors at Dr. William Henry Park

Ocean Pines – 11am – Memorial Day ceremony at the Veterans Memorial Park in Ocean Pines

Dover – 2pm – Memorial Day Ceremony at Kent County Veterans Memorial Park on South Little Creek Road. Keynote speaker US Army Veteran Dennis Skirvin

FRIDAY, MAY 30

New Castle – 10:30am – Memorial Day Service at the Veterans Memorial Park off Cherry Lane in New Castle at the foot of the Delaware Memorial Bridge. Sponsored by DE Commission of Veteran Affairs & hosted by DRBA
