Two Charged with Drug Offenses by Seaford Police

Seaford Police have arrested two people on drug offenses after police spotted Devon Cannon who was wanted on several warrants. As police arrested Cannon, Miya Newcomb of Laurel attempted to remove items from Cannon’s possession – and several bundles of heroin fell to the ground. Newcomb was also arrested.
Police located over 2200 bags of heroin as well as crack/cocaine in a search of their persons and belongings.
Both face a variety of drug and other offenses. Cannon is being held in default of a $133,600 cash bond. Newcomb is being held in default of $45,400 cash bond.
