No Election in Frankford in February, but 1 Seat Remains Open
January 16, 2026/
The filing deadline for the Frankford municipal election has passed and two people have filed for 3 open seats. Brittney Outten will fill one of those open seats along with incumbent Kyle Quillen – both will serve 2 year terms. Town Manager Sheldon Hudson tells the Talk of Delmarva the remaining open seat will be determined at a later date, however there will not be an election on Saturday, February 7th.
Two incumbents ā Pam Davis and James Sample did not file for re-election.
