DSP Investigating Single-Vehicle Crash Early Sunday Morning East of Selbyville

Delaware State Police are investigating a single vehicle crash that occurred just before 3 on Sunday morning on Bixler Road east of Selbyville. Police say a Chevy Traverse was westbound on Bixler Road, the driver failed to negotiate a curve and the SUV struck a utility pole and ended up in a ditch.

The driver left the vehicle and left the scene on foot. No injuries have been reported.

Bixler Road was closed for several hours while the damaged utility pole was replaced.
