MLK Day Celebrations on Delmarva

Local MLK Day celebrations around the peninsula:

Delaware State University is holding its 32^nd annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration Program today. The festivities begin at noon in the Theatre, Education and Humanities building. Free and open to public.

Wicomico Youth & Civic Center has 2 events today: 32^nd annual Youth Activity presented by Salisbury High School Association in Normandy arena from 8:30 AM – Noon. Attendees asked to bring canned goode for Maryland Food Bank. Then the 33^rd annual Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Birthday Celebration and Commemoration Banquet beginning at 6:30 in the Normandy Arena.
