New local, state police K-9 units graduate in Delaware

Delaware State Police have new K-9 units on patrol. Late last month the Canine Training Unit held a graduation ceremony for 8 teams who successfully completed 3 months of training including tracking, building searches, and suspect apprehension among other skills. Of the 8 teams, there were 5 teams from Delaware State Police, one from Laurel, Dover, and Newark Police Departments.
