Ocean View PD Charge Two with Drug & Other Offenses
December 19, 2023/
Ocean View Police spotted a vehicle driven by 34 year old Deandre White, whom they knew had a suspended driver’s license. The vehicle was stopped and a K-9 scanned the vehicle and alerted for drugs. A search turned up heroin and cash. Police obtained a warrant for White’s home and went into the home Monday evening seizing additional heroin in a room occupied by a minor child. White and 32 year old Julie Clemens were charged.

Deandre White was committed to the Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $36,410 cash bail. Clemens was charged and released pending arraignment in the Court of Common Pleas.
