Dover Man Arrested for Raping, Strangling 72-Year-Old Woman
Dover Police have arrested a 36-year-old Dover man for raping and strangling a 72-year-old woman while inside her home on Tuesday afternoon. Police say Antonio Powell is known to the victim.
