Salisbury PD Investigate Threat at Walmart

Salisbury Police investigated a threat last night that appeared on social media about a shooting threat at the Salisbury Walmart.  Police tweeted they are also aware of a nationwide hoax involving the same circumstances.  No credible threat was identified at the Walmart in Salisbury however police are continuing to work with store management and extra police presence will be seen at the Walmart and the general area.  Police remind you if you hear something – call the 9-1-1.
