SB 2: The Permit before Purchase of a Handgun will be Heard in the DE Senate Judiciary Committee Wednesday Afternoon

Senate Bill 2, which is legislation that would require residents to complete a firearm training course and obtain a permit before purchasing a handgun, goes before the Delaware Senate Judiciary Committee at 1pm on Wednesday. Public comment will be accepted from both in-person and virtual participant. Written remarks can be submitted as well – either before and up to 24 hours after a hearing has adjourned.
