Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 06/25/26

Wednesday was a very nice day and fish were caught from the bay to the ocean.

I stopped by Dan’s Tackle on my way back from an afternoon trip to Dover and actually was able to speak with man himself. He said spot and croaker were the prime catch at Broadkill Beach with the usual bloodworms and Fishbites leading the bait parade. He did mention that the beach has been very crowded with folks lined up to access the area.

A call to Lewes Harbour Marina revealed that the Angler brought back a catch of croaker and spot from bay structure.

Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park fell right in line with spot and croaker dominating their catch report.
