Wednesday morning found me at Indian River Inlet around 6:00 AM where I joined a half-dozen other well aged gentlemen in a vain attempt to catch a fish.  That’s alright because we ended up sitting at the picnic table drinking WAWA coffee and solving the problems of the world.  Tell Joe he can come back from the G-7 summit, join us at the Inlet and then take a bike ride to Herring Point.

The Michael D had six Viet Nam veterans out for tuna and they managed to catch 18, boxing their six-fish limit.

Deanna at Hook ‘em and Cook ‘em reported that Ron Beatty of Delmar, Delaware caught a citation worthy 3.6-pound trout out of the Inlet on sand fleas.

Mike Glanden caught three keeper flounder out of Indian River Bay.

Captain Aaron Herd had the Zimmerman group out on Tuesday morning and they managed to jig up eight nice flounder.

The Strike Zone had a sea bass limit on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Katydid brought in twelve flounder on Wednesday.

This is Eric Burnley with your WGMD fishing report.
