Early Morning Blaze at Treasure Beach Campground

Firefighters in Roxana were called for a structure fire just before 2am Friday. Crews arriving at the scene found a multiple trailers on fire at the Treasure Beach Campground west of Fenwick Island. Additional crews from Sussex and Worcester County were called to assist or provide backup. Three trailers were damaged in the fire.  Firefighters were on the scene for nearly 2 and a half hours.

The State Fire Marshal is investigating.
