Harrington: Closure of Liberty Street at Railroad Crossing for Maintenance

DelDOT announces that Delmarva Central Railroad will be performing track rehabilitation, resurfacing and general maintenance on their railroad crossing on Liberty Street in Harrington – expected to begin at 5am on Friday, September 5. The work will require the full closure of Liberty Street and is expected to be completed, and the detour lifted no later than 10pm on Monday, September 8.
A vehicular detour will be posted as follows:
Eastbound: Liberty Street to Dorman Street to Center Street to Delaware Avenue back to Liberty Street.
Westbound: Liberty Street to Delaware Avenue to Center Street to Dorman Street back to Liberty Street.聽
