Dover Police Investigating Shooting on South New Street

Dover Police are investigating a shooting that occurred yesterday (Tuesday) evening. Police say the report of the shooting led them to South New Street where officers found a vehicle and a home that were struck by gunfire. Two victims were sitting in the vehicle when the unknown individuals shot at them. One of the victims left the vehicle and ran away. No one was injured but the vehicle and nearby home were damaged by the gunfire. The victim who ran away refused to cooperate with police.
