WINTER STORM: Delaware Electric Cooperative


The National Weather Service (NWS) is predicting between 6 – 12 inches of snow for the Delaware Electric Cooperative’s service territory this weekend, with strong winds and an increased chance of sleet and freezing rain. Following this weekend’s winter storm, our area is also forecast to experience several days of extremely cold weather, with few days reaching temperatures above freezing. These conditions significantly increase the potential for power outages. The information below will help you prepare and take action should an outage occur:
