UPDATED: Millville Voters Send 2 Incumbents back to the Town Council


UPDATED – 03/08/26 – Voters in Millville have sent two incumbents back to the Town Council. Deborah Sosnoski was the top vote-getter with 295 votes – Ron Belinko received 263. Challenger Jean Hanely won 172 votes. Town officials tell the Talk of Delmarva that Sosnoski and Belinko will be sworn in at the March 24th Town Council meeting.

UPDATED – 03/06/26 – Millville voters will elect two to the Town Council on Saturday.  Three candidates are running – incumbents Ron Belinko and Deborah Sosnoski are challenged by Jean Hanley.  The polls will be open Saturday from 11 to 6pm at the Evans Park Community Building.  Only Millville residents may vote – be sure to bring driver’s license, or other form of photo ID with address.

ORIGINAL STORY – 02/18/26 – For those who need to vote by absentee ballot in the upcoming Millville, Delaware town election, the “Request for an Absentee Ballot” (affidavit) form is available on the Town of Millville website. The form is due no later than 12:00 PM Friday March 6th. Voting is on Saturday, March 7th at the Evans Park Community Building. Go to www.millville.delaware.gov to download and complete the form. The three candidates–the residents who have filed for the two open seats for Town Council– include Ron Belinko, Jean Hanley, and Deborah Sosnoski.
