Road & Lane Closures for Phase 1 of TidalHealth Salisbury Observation Unit Expansion Begin Monday, March 16

The City of Salisbury Department of Infrastructure and Development announces that construction for Phase 1 of the TidalHealth Salisbury Observation Unit expansion on Carroll Street will begin at 7am on Monday, March 16.

The work will require lane closures on Patterson Road and West Vine Street in both directions as well as a full road closure within the project area. Drivers, cyclists and pedestrians should expect delays and sidewalk closures and are encouraged to use alternate routes during this time.

This phase of the project is scheduled to be completed by April 4 – barring any unforeseen events.
