Easton, MD Man Arrested Following Altercation, Threat with Knife


An Easton, Maryland man has been arrested in connection with a disturbance at an area residence. Easton police say that on May 2nd, officers responded to a residence for a 911 hang-up call with yelling heard in the background. Officers encountered 32-year-old Lequan Savage of Easton, who was involved in a disturbance with two other individuals. During the incident, Savage allegedly armed himself with a large kitchen knife and threatened to kill one of the individuals. Officers later recovered the knife concealed beneath a couch, and both individuals on scene appeared visibly shaken and fearful. Savage also allegedly made unwanted physical contact with an officer while being detained. He was arrested and transported to the Talbot County Detention Center.
