Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 05/12/26

Monday it was a steady rain, not high winds, that kept fishermen off the water. While the rain was needed, it sure did cause a complete lack of fishing reports from all of my contacts.

Lewes Harbour Marina had nothing to report, but did want to remind everyone that this Friday is the Lewes Harbour Canal Flounder Tournament. Be sure to stop by the shop and get your entry in as the weather looks to be very good.

Old Inlet Bait and Tackle said a few tog were caught by anglers fishing with sand fleas and green crabs under the bridge. They too will have a tournament this weekend. The Cast for a Cure will be held on Saturday when surf fishing teams of four will compete for trophies since all entry fees will be donated to the Beebe Cancer Center.
