Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 05/13/26
Tuesday saw reasonable weather and boats fished the ocean, Delaware Bay and the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal.
Lewes Harbour Marina told us that a few boats ran up Delaware Bay to the Coral Beds off of Slaughter Beach where they caught black drum on clams or sand fleas. Other boats fished the Outer Wall with sand fleas or green crabs and caught a few tog. There were some boats that worked the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal with live minnows and they caught a few keeper flounder.
Old Inlet Bait and Tackle said a few big blues were caught on cut bait at 3Rs Road very early in the morning, then the skates took over.
Hook 鈥榚m and Cook 鈥榚m reported the charter boat Rusty Reel left late due to the weather and they caught one flounder and a few sea bass.
