Talk of Delmarva Fishing Report 06/03/26

Tuesday, saw small craft advisories up for most of the day, but the wind dropped out in the afternoon and it may be down for the remainder of the week.

Dan at Dan’s Tackle on Route 1 near Milton said blues were caught on cut mullet at Broadkill Beach and from the Broadkill River.

Breakwater Tackle on the fishing pier at Cape Henlopen State Park reported that spot and croaker were taken during high tide periods on bloodworms and Fishbites.

Old Inlet Bait and Tackle told us it was pretty much the same story. If you are afraid of losing some sleep, you will lose out on the striped bass and bluefish bite at Indian River Inlet. The action is from first light until just after dawn on plugs, bucktails and metal lures.
