Delaware’s Teacher of the Year will be Named Tuesday

Delaware’s Teacher of the Year will be announced Tuesday evening at the Modern Maturity Center in Dover. Twenty outstanding educators are vying for the 2027 Teacher of the Year honor – they come from each of the State’s school districts and Delaware Charter Network. The teacher selected as the state’s 2027 Teacher of the Year will also become the state’s nominee for the national Teacher of the Year program.
