Campaign Signs Disappearing in Long Neck/Oak Orchard Area

The Independent Party of Delaware says that campaign signs for 4^th District State Representative candidate Amy Fresh have been disappearing in the Long Neck/Oak Orchard area. Officials say about 25% of her signs have been removed. Anyone caught taking campaign signs can face charges of theft.
