Dover Teen Struck by Gunfire Early Tuesday Morning

A 17 year old male from Dover is recovering from a gunshot to the upper body early Tuesday morning. Dover Police were called to Spruance Road around 2:30am where they located the teen and rendered aid. During their investigation police learned that a vehicle was also struck by gunfire during this incident.
